1 Year Warranty
Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship on core HoldFast components.
30 Day Returns
If it is not right for your boat, returns are accepted within 30 days in unused condition.
Shipping Support
If something arrives damaged, missing, or lost in transit, contact us and we will help sort it out.
Our Promise
If something is wrong with your order or product, contact us and we will work to make it right. Depending on the issue, that may mean replacement parts, repair, store credit, or refund.

30 Day Returns
If you receive your order and decide it is not the right fit for your boat, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original condition
- All kit components must be included
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
1 Year Product Warranty
HoldFast components are covered by a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes:
- Magnet housing failure
- Structural failure of printed components
- Hardware failure not caused by misuse
If a covered component fails, we will replace the defective part.
Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Missing items will be replaced
- Damaged items will be replaced
- Carrier issues will be reviewed
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation
- Product modification
- Extreme loads or misuse
- Trailering or transport-related loss
- Normal wear or cosmetic changes
Magnetic holding strength depends on alignment, surface condition, and cushion weight. The system is designed for normal boating use and is not intended as a transport restraint.
Small Batch Manufacturing
HoldFast components are produced in small batches and continually refined. Many parts are manufactured using precision 3D printing, allowing for faster design improvements and tighter control over production.
Minor cosmetic variations or subtle layer lines may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the process and do not affect performance or durability.
This approach prioritizes function, quality, and continual improvement over mass production.
